Calibration procedure

All of our reference instruments for temperature calibrations (black body sources, climate chambers, etc.), are yearly certified in by LHM instrumentation  and CI Systems in Belgium and the National Metrology Center (A-Star) in Singapore.

To meet the need for fast and cost-effective calibration services, we have established fully equipped and expertly staffed laboratories to perform calibration services to national standards on many types of infrared cameras.

We can perform the following standard temperature calibrations, for most MWIR and LWIR thermal cameras:

  • Type A: -20 °C to 120 °C
  • Type B: 50 °C to 400 °C

We typically guarantee +/- 2 °C or 2% (whichever is the highest) for uncooled cameras, and +/-1 °C or 1% (whichever is the highest) for cooled cameras*.

Please contact us for more information on these temperature calibration ranges, or on special, customized ranges.

*depending on ambient conditions. Parameters should be interpreted as accuracy under the stable laboratory conditions in which the calibration was conducted.
